Get your probiotics (the “good guys” in your gut)
Include more fermented foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, water kefir, miso and yoghurt.
Eat your prebiotics (the fibres that feed and nourish the probiotics in your gut)
Prebiotic-rich foods include leeks, onions, garlic, raspberries, bananas, grapefruit, artichokes, asparagus, beans & legumes, oats and flaxseeds.
