Thereโ€™s a few things Iโ€™m thinking of when I say this. 

Firstly, you have to find the thing you want to do. Donโ€™t do the thing because your partner says you should or your best friend does the thing or your favourite celebrity does the thing. It will never be sustainable if this is your why. Find your thing and do it for yourself! 

And secondly I think sometimes we donโ€™t put ourselves first. Maybe because we think itโ€™s selfish or maybe weโ€™ve conditioned ourselves to think we have to or that others will suffer if we donโ€™t put ourselves first. But the truth is, when we prioritise ourselves, we feel energised and rediscover the things that fill us with joy. You can then put that energy back into your family, friends or work and live in a high vibe space.

๐ŸฅฃBaked oats 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop @180nutrition ๐ŸฅฃBaked oats

1/2 cup oats
1 scoop @180nutrition protein powder (optional)
1 ripe banana
1 large egg
1 tbsp maple syrup
ยฝ tsp cinnamon
ยฝ tsp cardamom 
ยฝ tsp baking powder

Set oven to 180 deg. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and bake for 20-25 mins. Top with coconut yoghurt, buckwheat groats, banana and sprinkle with cinnamon. ๐Ÿคค

For a fibre, protein and antioxidant rich breakfast, chia puddings have it all! 

Try our recipe: 

4 tbsp chia seeds
ยฝ cup almond milk
3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1  banana
Berries
Nuts and seeds

Mix chia, yoghurt and almond milk well (may also add some maple syrup) leave overnight and serve with banana, berries, nuts and seeds.
